PayPal Assistance

Needing assistance with your PayPal payment process?

Many people are successfully processing their conference registration through PayPal.  Once the payment is successfully transmitted to PayPal, you will be returned to this website on the Successful Payment page.  If you happen to be one of the few who are having problems with the payment process, please consider the following:

  • For payments through your PalPal account, click Add to Cart on the 3rd step of the registration process, then click Pay with PayPal.
  • For credit card payments, click Add to Cart on the 3rd step of the registration process, then click Check Out.  This option does not use any PalPal account.
  • Some people are experiencing problems using their phone to process their payment.  If you are encountering this problem, please use a computer to process your payment, or contact PayPal to have them research the particular reason for the problem you are experiencing.
  • If you are uncertain whether your payment went through, you can log into your PayPal account to check for the transaction.  We will also be emailing a conference registration confirmation to you.  This email will contain your payment information, and other conference related information.
  • If you are encountering problems processing your payment, call PayPal at (888)221-1161 for assistance.  They will need your email account to look for payment attempts.  There are a variety of possible causes to the problem you are experiencing, including problems with settings on your computer, your bank account, previous security issues, rejections by the PayPal site, etc.  For your particular situation, only PayPal can address the issue for you.  For security reasons, we cannot process your PayPal payment for you.
  • If you would prefer to pay by check, please make a request on our BLOG and fill out the contact information.  The contact information is collected at the first step of the registration process. Once you submit the contact information, leave the second step of the process (the payment step).  Please mail your check early to MMI at P.O.Box 6190, Woodland Park, Co. 8O866. Please note that we want you to get a confirmation for your registration, so if you send a check, we will follow up with a confirmation.
